Food delivery is very expensive for restaurants. Margins in the restaurant industry are thin, and the commission rates national delivery companies charge is much higher than most independents profit margins. In places like New York city, third-party food delivery has put many small restaurants out of business. We love our restaurants, and we want them to thrive so they can continue to offer great food and service to our community. For that reason, we keep commission rates charged to restaurants as low as possible. These savings are then passed back on to you, the customer.


FOCUS ON CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

At Nosh, we know that even when we strive to give customers the best possible delivery experience, mistakes will eventually be made. For us, its all about making it right, and if we make a mistake, bending backwards to then make it right. We respect our customers, and as restaurant owners, we want them to be as satisfied with delivery as they are when they come into one of our restaurants.
